Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery ( Mail ID : buyhabito@gmail.com , 9048679663)

To process your claim, an uninterrupted package opening (unboxing) video is mandatory. The video should clearly show:

* The sealed shipping package before opening
* The shipping label
* The entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits
* The damaged or incorrect product

Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Once verified, Habito will provide a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, we will process it to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
